Rosenthal Acura, a car dealership based in Gaithersburg, Maryland, came to Surveillance Secure with a few concerns.
Firstly, they wanted to upgrade their old public announcement (PA) system in addition to their surveillance. Secondly, they wanted to be able to monitor both their employees as well as the cars in their lot at any given time. This protects both the car dealership and the customer in the event that there’s a dispute. The video is stored and can be easily accessed for viewing.
Surveillance Secure upgraded Rosenthal’s cameras to an internet protocol (IP) surveillance system, meaning the service manager can now monitor operations in real time from his phone. We also provided remote video monitoring of the feed during evenings in the event that there’s an incident at the dealership.
Through upgrading their surveillance system and PA, Surveillance Secure helped Rosenthal Acura with enhanced monitoring of business operations, having concrete evidence in the event of a dispute, and seeing operations in real time from anywhere with an internet connection.
